  1. Click pay is a Simple, Secure and Convenient way to send money from your HRCU checking account to another person.

  2. ClickPay is processed as an ACH transaction. Once the sender and receiver have provided all necessary information and completed all required processes, the money will be received within 1-3 business days.

  3. No - only the sender of the money needs to be a member of HRCU. The sender must have a checking account in order to use ClickPay.

  4. ClickPay is free using HRCU's Online Bill Pay. Please note Bill Pay or ClickPay must be used at least once every 60 days in order to avoid a $5.00 monthly charge.

  5. Here's what you need to use ClickPay to send money to another person:

    • Sender must be a member of HRCU and hold a Checking Account
    • The sender must be a registered user of Online/Mobile Banking and have a Bill Pay Account with HRCU
    • The receiver must have a valid email address-Payments can only be sent within the United States
